Many Fittleworth people and visitors gathered to remember those who died or have been affected by war. Scouting and Guiding Colours were lowered in remembrance, wreaths were laid and the names of those on Fittleworth’s War Memorial who had died, were read out and a cross placed in their memory.

We will remember them.
