WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL
(FITTLEWORTH: BEDHAM LANE)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than seven days from the date of this notice, West Sussex County Council intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding at any time along the length of Bedham Lane between Upper Street and Wakestone Lane.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst cabling works are undertaken.

The Order will come into operation on 30 April 2018 and will continue for 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It anticipated that the works will commence on or after 30 April 2018 and will take 4 weeks to complete.
