Flourish in Fittleworth
7 December @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
This December the Winter ‘Flourish in Fittleworth’ comes to the village hall and to welcome in the festive season there will be a prize raffle running throughout the morning. All stallholders will be donating a prize for the raffle with proceeds to Stonepillow – a charity that provides a lifeline for homeless people in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. We hope you will join us in supporting this charity and you can find more about their work at stonepillow.org.uk
Flourish in Fittleworth is on Saturday 7 December from 10am-12.30pm and will feature lots of lovely local stalls including wood gifts, glassware, soft furnishings, yoga specialist, candles, cards and photography, ceramics, honey and lots of fantastic gifts for Christmas.
At this ‘Flourish’ there will also an opportunity to see and buy Dr Anthony Poole’s second book, the final part of his comprehensive history of the village – ‘Fittleworth 1540-1840; its Houses and their Occupants‘. We understand that there are only twenty of the first books remaining – also on sale (£15) that morning.
There will be a chance too to see the Visitor’s Book (1904-1911) from the Swan Inn. It was recently returned for the village with the help of generous people, supporting the Village Archive.
