I was born in Midhurst and grew up in Buckinghamshire moving to Fittleworth in 1986. I married Marie in 1988 and we raised our two children here. I trained as a quantity surveyor in the ‘60s and worked in London for 30 years as contracts manager on many large projects. I have been a Parish Councillor for 20 years. Since retiring I enjoy golf, conservation work and walking.
